Beautiful, well designed room in excelent location, super-kind, English speaking staff, modern approach to room maintenance (you get a sweet award, if you don't ask for making up your room :) at the front desk you can hire a high quality speaker, ac adaptors or even a projector at no charge. 22 pieces is a great experience, highly recommended.

Very nice hotel located close to station. Room was spacy, equipted with very new furniture. In the same street there is a good small bakery and restaurant with local food. We visited both and enjoyed it very much.

I like the location. Only 4 minutes walk to the Kyoto Station. Easily accessible. Mostly flat terrain. I love how they include kitchen with utensils and washer with dryer in my room. Very convenient for a muslim family like ours to cook our own halal meals. I love how the location is close to everywhere, close to AEON and Kyoto Station that could connect to everywhere.

This was a beautiful place and our family of 5 fit very comfortably in the traditional layout of the room. The bathrooms are very clean, and updated. We met the owner and he was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a not too far from the station, perhaps a 6 or 7 minute walk. The location is good, convenient stores and restaurants are close by. We loved how they offered yukatas for all guests to wear. We would visit again!
