Wonderfully maintained and new feeling place. Has a greatly tasteful traditional feel to the interior, while it feeling pristine and spotless.
Staff are very friendly and attentive. Food is wonderful and very plentiful.

The rooms are exquisite, very spacious and newly decorated. The onsen were also terrific, an incredibly authentic experience with robes also provided in the rooms. Lastly, the food was incredible. Breakfast and dinner with so many courses at such high quality they almost make the room feel like it’s free. Lastly I need to say an incredible thank you to the staff who went out of their way to help us when our friend broke his leg out running. They made sure we had a wheelchair and even drove us to the top of the mountain in order to have a simpler time accessing the bus to asahikawa

We arrived at 9:00 am and the check in was at 3 pm, they were kind enough to take our backpacks. Also very helpful with the bear bell, gave us for free.
After we checked out, we had to wait for the bus to arrive, they allowed us to stay and chill in the beautiful lobby.
