Staff are great! Very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Helped me with my requests that I had for them, booked taxis etc for me. All very polite. Can’t fault their service. Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Was a great stay and when I come back to Amman I’ll book again!

everything was perfect, and I’ve never met people as nice as the people working in the hotel. I was a girl, alone, and they made me feel so safe and welcome. the food was good and the room very comfortable.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Nights were still cold, but room had a heater, which worked good. Location was excellent, walking distance to the main sights. Ali, the hotel manager, was very friendly and so helpful. He helped with the driver, since my flight was arriving in very early morning and I was traveling alone. Also he helped to get a bus ticket to Petra in advance. Excellent and friendly service. I would go back anytime. The warmest recommendation to this place.
