Very cozy atmosphere and hospitable hosts. Staying in this house, I experienced authentic Venetian life. The location is very close to attractions, public transportation, and restaurants, yet at the same time not crowded with people…one can enjoy peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location—within walking distance of all the main attractions, with restaurants and shops nearby. It was easy to access and beautifully maintained, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The owner, Vanni, was incredibly kind and helpful. He stayed in touch, offered great tips, and really made sure we were taken care of. You really couldn’t ask for more!
When we return to Venice, we’ll definitely want to stay at Vanni’s place again!

Great location, super close to shuttle/vaporetto stop, nice walking distance to main spots we wanted to see, but at the same time it was a calm and chill street, protected from big crowds. Spacious room, classic but very well renovated, it really exceeded our expectations.
