We loved out stay at Emma’s House! Met by Anna at the apartment who was lovely and very informative. Beautiful old building freshly renovated. Kitchen facility available with all amenities. Cosy and warm for winter. Excellent location to wander canals and explore Venice. Lots of restaurants, bakery and supermarket near by. Highly recommend staying here. Anna very helpful assisting to get luggage up the stairs to the 1st floor. Thank you so much Anna.

Ca' Angeli has great views over the Grand Canal from its lounge and breakfast room. Rialto Bridge is close by and Santa Lucia Station is a 10-minute walk away.

The staff here is amazing. we had to leave early the next day so only stayed 1 night .. the Owner packed us breakfast and extra snacks for our 6 hour ride back to Rome . Room had a beautiful view ..really a stunning place

Great location. The apartment is located in a central but quiet alley. There is a lovely cafeteria in front of the apartment, and a few steps to the Rialto Gondolar harbour. We could also store our luggage in a locker room after check out. Thanks to its central location, we had a great morning excursion in Venice.

The hotel was very nice, and the rooms were always clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good, especially the terrace you could sit on. The location is great, very quiet surroundings but still close enough to big landmarks that everything is in walking distance. Overall a great place to stay!

Where shall I start? Not our first time in Venice and already had several hotels. This hotel is a reference of what it should be. Nice room overlooking courtyard. Super service from all the staff. Thanks to front desk, breakfast people and maintenance. The reception: correct and friendly service and helped me out with securing my camera. The room: our room was on the fourth floor. Beautiful and modern room with very good bed, nice decoration and squeaky clean. The maintenance: room and bathroom were polished to perfection. The hallways, stairs and common parts neat and top notch. Breakfast: complete, variety of offerings, super service from bartender who makes desired coffee for you. Kitchen staff who replenishes everything on time and makes sure everything stays tidy. All with a mean and smiling good morning. A big congratulations and respect for the staff their efforts. Location of the hotel: nice and central on the canal, next to the market. Easily accessible and quick to find. The hotel exudes friendliness and is finished to perfection. The full watch theme is reflected in the smallest detail. We will return next year and already know where we will stay!

The host was a true gentleman. He couldn’t do enough for us! He checked in repeatedly to ensure we had everything we needed and were making full use of all benefits/amenities of the property. The building was fantastic and well maintained, with an amazing rooftop area.
