Upon arrival I thought it was maybe overrated, but the staff and service were absolutely exceptional, the location was perfect, and while the beds don't have big fluffy duvets and pillows like I expect in Canada they were very comfortable and satisfied all three of us. Breakfast was also more than fair. I can't say enough about the staff though, they brought us our breakfast the night before so we could eat before leaving at 7, as well as cappuccino's at 6:30am, Booked us tickets to the Parthenon as the museum sights are only in Italian and not only booked us a cab but also came downstairs to the street to make sure we received our cab and the correct one. Phenomenal hospitality!

Everything! From the staff, the location, the hotel itself and the cleanliness. The staff are top notch professionals. Very helpful in any way and friendly. They went above and beyond. The hotel room is lovely as well and was getting cleaned everyday. Location is perfect too. Walking distance to tourists spots and shops. Of all the hotels I’ve been to when travelling, Escape Luxury top them all! I’d happily stay here again when I get a chance to go back in Rome. Exceptional hotel and staff.

The staff were amazing! The room was so perfect with the terrace. The breakfast to the room was the perfect added touch and eating on the terrace looking over the city was the perfect way to start our day. I am celiac and they even brought gluten free items for me to eat which is going above and beyond and so incredibly appreciated. The perfect stay! We will be back.
