Location - decent residential area, very safe, close to multiple bus stops in all directions, close to pizzerias, shops and markets. Facilities - fully furnished, has almost everything you would want. Very well maintained and clean with a warm homely feeling. The owner Monica is very helpful, responds promptly to all communications and guides very well for all queries.

Novotel was the best experience, federico the front desk manager was an angel to us. I booked wrong dates and he accomodated me allowed me free cancelation and was fast as lightening. My 2 daughters loved the bar and friendly staff here. There will be no other place in rome i will stay. Also got free parking for 4 days i stayed here. The room was perfectly cleaned. It was just magical

The Hotel Location was nice. The Bus station is right at the hotel Gate. Also just a 1 minute walk from the hotel, their is a mall with brands, food court and a Supermarket. The hotel itself was so nice and clean. The room size is very good and The Staff were all nice and helpful.
