It's not a fancy hotel but it's clean and extremely central. The staff member at the desk was really helpful explaining everything to us. The lift worked which was great. Being right by the Metro was incredibly handy.

The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk from the sea and right in the center of everything. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and situated in a great part of the city. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with detailed instructions and excellent recommendations for pizzerias and must-visit places in Naples. His hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples. Everything was simply perfect!

We stayed at the Piazza Carità for 2 nights to finish a trip of 10 days, and what a dream it was! The shower was the best shower we'd had during our full trip, location was perfect - in the middle of the shopping district and next to the metro line 1. You could step outside and eat at any of the local amazing restaurants and cafes, and not have to walk far at all to catch the sightseeing bus tour. Huge plus was the lift, to avoid carrying luggage up four flights of stairs. The staff were very lovely and helpful, let us put luggage in the room early, and the balcony had some cute views of the main street which was nice too. As a side note, many streets in Naples are very narrow and can be quite eery. This hotel is located of a very brightly lit street which made it feel very safe and I was very relieved.

I highly recommend this B&B. The location is unbeatable: it is located a few meters from Piazza di Plebiscito and via Toledo, right in front of the Galleria Umberto I. The vast majority of tourist sites can be reached on foot. The building is old and it can be a bit complicated to go up with a lot of suitcases, but there are elevators and in the end there is a solution. The rooms are large, very comfortable and with large bathrooms, which is a luxury in Europe. Cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is very good, as long as you like European breakfasts (I love them). The most important thing is the attention of its owner, Signora Anna. A great lady, very polite and very gentle, who makes you feel at home and is attentive to all your needs. One of the best hostesses we have found in Italy. Very grateful for her amazing attention.
