This is a wonderful place to stay in Naples, in a fantastic location, walkable for everything you will want to see and do. The host, Lucio, is the nicest guy. He was there to meet us, and we saw him several times while there, and he was fast to respond to WhatsApp questions. The room itself was very spacious - pillows a bit too firm (but that's personal preference. I'd have loved a soft one and a firmer one as I have neck issues), clean, and best of all - quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Just perfect.

The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, it was so welcoming. The location is also brilliant in my opinion even if it doesn't look that close on a map. we had an amazing experience at relais mermaid luxury suite! giuseppe was a responsive host, he sent us all the important info and was ready to help us with our needs. the location is truly exceptional: just a short walk from piazza del plebiscito and the royal palace, and from our balconies you have the most beautiful and peaceful view of the sea! we also loved the taste in the design of the room and the furniture, and even the tea cups were beautiful. everything was just great, and since they say you go to naples and then you want to come again, we'll make sure to stop here for the night if that happens!
