The staffs were extremely helpful at the hotel, I have originally checked out of the hotel a couple of days ago after my business trip and left my suitcases with bell service at the hotel while I went on holiday at different cities, I returned back to Mumbai at 8:30am and my flight home was scheduled at 1:30am that evening, therefore I booked a room to stay during the day. I checked into the hotel at 9am, was told room was most likely unavailable till the official check in time at 3:00pm. So I went out to do more sight seeing during the morning and was back in the hotel by 1:30pm. I was greeted by bell service staffs at the front door to let me know not only a room has already been arranged, my luggages have also been moved into the room already so that I can start repacking for my international trip!

The room were big and clean. The facilities were top notch. I would recommend going here with your families. The staffs were helpful, the manager has a good sense of humor. The breakfast was great as well.

We had a nice stay in PRince palace, the reception staff were polite and warm (I remember the names of Abdurahmane and Rakech), so were the bellboys.
The room was well lit and super clean. The location is great close to many shops and restaurants and at a short ride to the airport.
