Absolutely wonderful hotel! The staff were all amazing - very professional but also kind and polite. They always made sure to cater to all our needs. Whenever we pressed the 'red button' in the room we received (soon after) what we were asking for (e.g. the bed pillow of our choice) and room service was also excellent and value for money. The room was clean and well-stocked with everything that someone can ask for during their stay, including fresh bottles of water every day. The spa treatment we received was also excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The location and food was good.The staff was exceptional and service and the hospitality was above expectations. We were welcomed with sweet surprises on our first day which brightened up our day.Everyone from security, waiters,receptionists, concierge , IT technicians provided a service that made our stay so comfortable.I have traveled to so many places across the globe but I have never seen this level of hospitality. I would love to come back to Taj!

The staff was very good, I travelled alone so at first i was quite concerned but thery made my stay very comfortable and it was very safe feeling. It was my first time in the city but they made everything easier and took care very well like family members..I stayed there for 15 days and it was all excellent. from receptionists to housekeeping to kitchen staff to every other staff everyone was so good so polite and very very helpful.
