The property is a little old and rooms a little outdated. However their winning points are their staff, service and location. What you miss in terms of luxurious room, you get more out of the location and the sprawling property greens outside the room. The beach adjacent to the property is pristine with clean sand. Fairly good for families as it’s not crowded. I’ll come back again to this property mostly because of one reason - their service manager Isha. She was highly professional, extremely diligent and made us feel like home. All our requests were catered to in the most time efficient manner. She made the stay extra special by looking up my birthday on the ID and getting us a cake and a fun decoration in the room - which my toddler thoroughly enjoyed. She was an efficient leader for their staff crew with impeccable hospitality skills!

This is the best place for the best money! Two-room apartment, perfect cleanliness! No extraneous sounds outside the window - only the sounds of nature! The hostess Linda is a wonderful woman, she helped with everything, explained everything, told everything, helped with the move. The apartment has a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a perfect bathroom. The bed linen is clean and odorless. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea along a quiet village street. I've been to GOA several times - it's the best place! The Linda Hotel offers breakfast, which you can buy upon check-in - breakfast is delivered to the room. We really liked it there, if we have the opportunity, we will come here again. Linda, thank you very much!

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious. The mattress is comfortable. The room is very well equipped, everything is there for a long stay and a great holiday. The pool is clean. The staff is very polite.
