The location is absolutely amazing — right by the ghat, with a stunning view over the Ganges. The food is simple yet delicious, and the staff are incredible: always available, helpful, and full of warmth, constantly welcoming us with a smile. Vikas, the owner, is a man with a big heart — cultured, kind, wise, and a wonderful musician. This is a place I truly recommend and definitely plan to return to. I loved every moment of my stay.

The caretaker - Anil was on hand all the time to help. He helped navigate our way round Varanasi. He kept the apartment clean and safe. We weer a party of 3 adults. The location is ideal with views from 3 rooms of the Gangha.

I liked several things about the hotel. First of all, the staff were super friendly, helpful and sorted out anything immediately. I liked the room and the facilities, the terrace view of the Ganges is amazing. The vegetarian food we had for lunch there was delicious. Location is great if you are interested in being close to the Ganges river and explore that part of the city. My room was big and comfortable. Cleanliness level is quite good, the double bed was very comfortable for me and the bathroom was clean, tidy and easy to use despite its small size. Most of all I liked the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the area surrounding the hotel since I am personally very interested in history and culture. Overall, I had a memorable experience and if I come back to Varanasi, I am definitely staying there again!!
