Everything. Excellent staff and customer service. Nothing was too small of an issue for them to assist with. Has a kids club too, the rooms are a generous size even with an extra 2 beds in the king room for our kids with the view overlooking the pool. Rooms have a separate shower, bath and toilet with 2 basins in the rooms. Housekeeping is done twice daily.
Pool has two sections a shallow sandy beach for kids with a deeper section of the pool for everyone to use.
Couldn’t fault it, would 100% recommend. Excellent for families.
Close to the strip of shops and there is a free shuttle bus 3 times a day that goes to Seminyak square.
WiFi is also very strong in the rooms.

Overall, it was a great experience. Location very close to main spots. Breakfast was fantastic, they served floating Breakfast as well. Staff is amazing, very helpful, and kind. They gave a great welcome and even came to see us off. It was great interacting with them

Attentive and helpful staff, went out of their way to wish my friend a happy birthday with a special cake and song when we arrived. Our rooms were so quiet even though the private pool and courtyard area were open air. Loved having the private pool, room service and on site spa. Highly recommend.
