Very nice host. The apartment was just perfect to us. The host has thought about all you need to have a perfect and comfortable stay in Split. There was even a dishwasher a washing machine and a private parking space. 100m from the apt. there is a little "commercial" centre with a bakery, supermarket, fish shop etc. From here you can take the busline 8 to the center or the (e)bike. It's also a nice option to walk in 1h (4.7km) along the coast to the center or back "home". Split has everything, interesting old city, lot of restaurants , many beaches and ferries to the islands..

Situated in Split, 50 metres from Znjan beach and 4 km from Diocletian's Palace, Seaside Apartments, Znjan Beach offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and air conditioning.

Host was amazing, property was comfortable with everything you could want, including a washer/dryer smart TV and coffee machine. Air conditioning was very welcome on hot days, as were the roll down blinds which kept the apartment cool. Secure apartment complex with car parking and pool which was great. Short walk to beach but about 15 mins to Split Riva but only cost $5 to $10 Euro in an Uber depending on time of day. Host provided milk, bottled water, washing up liquid and clothes detergent which was a nice touch and plenty of bath and beach towels, liquid soaps and toilet paper so we did not have to purchase any of those essentials for our 3 day stay.

Big, modern and comfortable apartment, private parking is very convenient :) All of the furniture and amenities is high quality, we liked the closets a lot ;) Huge shower, fully equipped kitchen, owner was helpfull and responsive.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Good and new washing machine in the toilet. Fridge had even cold beer, juice and snacks to welcome us. Very friendly staff! Smooth check-in and check out. Location is also good. Not far from a small beach. Restaurant and supermarket at walking distance. Quiet residential area. Plenty of free parking spots around.

Apartment was very clean, beautiful, good located. Owner was very friendly, helpful, we have made a booking very late because we had problems with our old one, but she helped us, confirmed booking, helped with all needed facilities.

I booked this apartment at last minute for my daughter and her friends. The host was very receptive and answered my questions immediately. The feedback was the apartment is modern, exceptionally clean with all the required amenities. The apartment is very centrally located and close to the beach. It was a great find and good value. It was a relief to have two double beds and not a sofa bed😀

Location is great and all necessities like markets, pharmacy, bus stops, bars and restaurants are near. Owner was a very sweet person who helped with recommendations and suggestions. The apartment was excellent, it had literally everything you would need, even good place to come with children.
