It was so clean, cozy & new equipment. You can find everything that you need in the apartment even a dishwasher. The owner Žaklina was so helpful, she showed me the nearest supermarket, restaurant, etc. Also, the building has a private parking space, which is very important for me :) Highly recommended

We liked everything about the property. It was clean and spacious, and it had everything- washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, playstation and many more. The host was nice and always there for everything. Nice view from the balcony, private parking, the sea right in front of the apartment, close to the city centre..

Everything was perfect. Marko, the host, welcomed us with a clean and nice smell apartment. The fridge was stocked with basic needs. I also managed to wash some clothes, as the apartment had a washing machine and detergents. I definitely recommend this apartment for families. 5 km from the old town where we went every single night.

We absolutely loved our stay at Modern Oasis Apartment! Everything was perfect – the apartment is stylish, super comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which made our summer stay very pleasant.
The balcony with shutters was a lovely touch – we enjoyed our morning coffee there even on hot days. Location is also great: a small grocery store just across the street and big supermarkets like Konzum, Super Konzum, and Lidl only a short walk away.
Overall, it felt like a true home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and can only recommend it to anyone visiting Split! 🌿✨
