Hotel was completely on-point and what we hoped for based on the listing. Fabulous location, clean & modern facilities. Neat little gym / health Center. Helpful staff eg happy to open the gym early ahead of regular hours, happy for us to store luggage after checkout etc. I reckon it’s by far the best hotel overall in Split.

It is so beautiful, so well decorated. It feels so homey. Great kitchen to cook in, great showers, and a living room to relax. Marijana, that gave us a key, was so helpful and friendly as well.

Location is excellent - the most authentic part of Split and iconic at the same time. The Marjan hill belvedère is at ten minute walking distance as well as the Old town. The owner is very polite and ready to give all the explanations you need. Great place for the walking city tours.

Studio Nika's very a nice apartment. Everything's new and comfortable. Located 15 minutes' walk from the beach and cliffs jumping. There are two markets and bus stop nearby. Close to marina with luxury yachts and beautiful old Split center. It's a great place to stay in Split. I highly recommend it. We were at Ultra music festival in Split in 2025 which was a fantastic event. Great location near the beach allows you to take a rest on the beach after party ;)
