We stayed at the hotel for two weeks with our five children. I've seen other comments that the staff is not friendly. I could see why people think they are not friendly, Hong Kongers are not overly friendly in general. That being said, the staff was very accommodating and took care of anything we asked. Our flight out didn't leave until 7PM and they held our bags at the concierge after check out until we needed to leave for the airport while we did some last minute shopping. The hotel is very close to the MTR station and the bus stop, so it's very easy to get around. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, and Mc Donald's right by the hotel. It's also only about 10 minutes by bus to the New Towne Plaza, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, and the beginning of the 10,000s Buddahs trail. We loved the relaxing pool and the gym is great. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to visit Hong Kong.

Only a 10 to 15 minute walk from Sha Tin Wai MTR Station, Regal Riverside Hotel boasts views of Shing Mun River which is lined with beautiful vegetation.

Very close to harbour, easy to walk around. Breakfast was delightful, with an exceptional variety of food! I could find anything i would like to eat, from different cuisines like asian, american etc. Also very nice restaurant.

Hotel was modern and super clean. The amenities were great especially we loved shower and drinking water purifiers in the room. The location was the best, safe and very close to the Temple Street Night Market and Jordan station (5 mins walk). Famous restaurants and dessert cafes are near by. I highly recommended to stay here and would love to come back again.

Everything is great. Breakfast is amazing. Good location, close to the metro. Comfortable mattress, several pillows of different densities. I recommend this hotel. Next time we will gladly stay here as well.

THE ROOM WAS FANTASTIC, I WAS UPGRADED TO EXECUTIVE FLOOR. THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC FOR MY BUSINESS SUPPLIER. BREAKFAST WAS NICE BUT I AM VEGAN AND MORE VEGAN OPTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED, NON DAIRY MILK FOR INSTANCE
