We used the hotel as a main hub for the wedding preparation. Therefore my family eventually booked more rooms in that hotel and they managed to almost put us together upon. The room is big and spacious. I've asked for a connected rooms and they are able to deliver. Also ask for a cot for the baby and they also able to deliver as well. The team members especially housekeeper has been nothing but amazing.

Conveniently located in Kwun Tong, Holiday Inn Express - Hong Kong Kowloon CBD2 is 0.5 km away from Kwun Tong MTR Station.

Our room is clean, tidy with complete amenities. The bed is comfy to sleep in and the water pressure in the shower is great. Bathroom is unique with great bright lighting. In fact, the whole room has good bright lighting. All the staffs were welcoming, helpful and polite. Although it is not located in the usual tourists go to spots, there are many good eateries and places to explore. We've really enjoyed going for walk along the wooden deck walk in Kwun Tong promenade overseeing waterfront with beautiful night lights and uniquely structured decos along the way. Also, we got to see musical fountain whilts there which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended.

Got everything I need in the room. Room was clean and serviced daily by staff. I will consider to use this hotel in future if they can keep the price in reasonable and acceptable level.

Excellent service, the staff are always ready to help, and the room was spacious with a great view. It so happened that we came for a vacation right when a typhoon hit, but all the hotel services were running as usual, including several restaurants, so we had plenty to do. Thank you very much!

1) Excellent location. You can walk maybe 100 metres or less from the hotel and there are bus stops for multiple destinations. We frequently took the buses 1 or 1A or 2 to go to the Tsim Sha Sui promenade (bus stop is Hong Kong Cultural Centre) or the Star Ferry. One day we walked for about 20 minutes to the Hong Kong Museum of History. 2) The housekeeping services are excellent. I have stayed in many hotels, but have to say that here it was very noticeable the way that the rooms would have been cleaned and made when we returned from our visits in the evening. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. 3) Very helpful staff at the reception who pulled up the Hong Kong map on our day of checkin and explained our location, how to reach nearby attractions
