I especially appreciated the front desk staff named Lincoln, which offered a free room upgrade to me. The hotel also felt very safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Perfect stay in HK! The free shuttle bus is a super product you can get to the centre very fast, and it was always punctual. Bus A22 to and from airport is also comfortable and stops nearby. Room is comfortable and size is ok too. We loved that they kept our baggages for days while we went to China and returned the same hotel.

I arrived quite early in the morning at the hotel. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and gave me a free upgrade and early check-in. The room was large and comfortable. The location is also quite good, close to MTR and many restaurants and shops.
