Amazing views and a really nice pool also there’s a restaurant owned by them right across the road that has everything you need. Has spacious rooms and bathrooms and is also 15 minutes away from one of the most beautiful and famous lakes in Europe its absolutely stunning would highly recommend also really good price

Very clean and modern hotel with excellent clear water pool, comfortable beds and calm atmosphere. Friendly and accommodating staff made sure that we had everything for the comfort - fridge, slippers, bathrobes. We felt very welcome and appreciated that our early check-in request was met. Huge plus is the hotels location: near the lake Kournas and a very short drive to Rethymno. Restaurants, beach and shopping made us stay in the area and we have visited cities only for sightseeing.

Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff, the room, the pool area, we could not have asked for a better holiday. Location also was great, the hotel is located on a strip full of cute restaurants and just half hour away from Chania center. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but breakfast and lunch were great.

Everything was great! Elena is the most wonderful host, she made sure we had everything we needed, communication before and on site was super helpful and clear , she arranged the transfer for us and waited for us with a wonderful home made cake! :) She gave beach toys to our kids and was there to help with anything:) The apartment is beautifully renovated, Eva cleaned our apartment daily, changed towels and bedding as needed, she even washed our clothes when we needed some to be washed. Honestly the apartment has all you need, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with all the basics for cooking like oil and spices...but on top of that Elena left us some local goodies to enjoy and little things like cold water in the fridge so you feel like you arrive to a 5* hotel :) The beach is literally 3 minutes walk and superb for little kids, all you need is a few minutes walking ...supermarket, pharmacy, shops and restaurants, car rental, taxi... The place is just perfect for a beach holiday with kids or to explore Crete from. I could not recommend Elena's Apartment more! Thank you Elena and family for your efforts and hospitality, you cannot think of a better host!

The hotel had a great location – a beautiful, clean, and comfortable small family-run hotel. Everything met our expectations and matched what was promised. The restaurant by the beach, right next to the hotel, served incredibly tasty food made from fresh, local ingredients – for example, there was a tomato field right next to the restaurant! All our additional requests and questions were answered quickly and positively. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, with Pablo standing out as the true face of the hotel thanks to his exceptional service. The hotel is located just a short walk from a beautiful beach. I highly recommend it to anyone who values quality, peace, and a relaxing holiday :)
