Staff - The hospitality from the staff especially Elizabeth who has been diligently communicating with me since I booked the place was amazing! She arranged our airport transfers, porter who carried our luggage to the accommodation, and showed us around when we checked in. She responds very fast and attend to your requests immediately, she treated us like VIPs! Another amazing part is our driver Dmitris who was so nice and so gorgeous! He waited for us at the airport and carried our bags to the van. He is so gorgeous that my Colombian auntie had to take photo with him lol, what a warm welcome for us! Of course we won't forget our porter who diligently carried our large luggage from the village entrance to our accommodation!
Hotel - WOW! We are speechless when we arrived at the place! It is so near the entrance of the village and the famous blue domes! The location is unbeatable to the point that tourist flock to the corner of our street as it is a famous point for taking photos! The place itself is beautiful! The balcony with Caldera views including the blue domes, the plunge pool with nice temperature, the cave rooms which is an amazing and beautiful experience. We are 6 adults and it really fit us well! There is a bonus kitchen where we perfectly prepared our dinner. The fridge is full of breakfast goodies yay and Elizabeth will ask if we needed more.
Highly recommended and will be back without a doubt!

This is a beautifully run hotel with managers and staff who are welcoming and informative. The room we had was spacious and extremely comfortable with a king size bed and pool lounges on the balcony to take in the sunset! The location was perfect especially if you didn’t want lots of stairs. Located between the bus station and the main streets of Oia , it meant that you were right in the activity of Santorini but still far enough away to have peace and quiet. The pool was a god send and large enough to accommodate all the guests.

It was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. We have enjoyed a lor the local feeling and confort of having all just walking distance. The main attraction points are just some minutes walk but some steps away from the crowds. The sunset can be viewed just from the terrace of this property.
Everything worked fine: the wifi, the shower, the AC.
Allowed us make an early check in which was a plus for us due the fact we are traveling with an almost 5 years old kid. He enjoyed the place as well.
The place is enough for a family with 2 kids or for a couple of 4-5 friends.
The communication with the host is amazing. Trying in every moment to help.

It was perfect! The location is amazing, stunning views over the sea, the Old Castle of Oia and breathtaking sunset! Also o enjoyed the overall energy of the place, all the people coming to see the sunset each evening, amazing armosphere!
We stayed in the upper part of the hotel, near the windmill, and it was simply one of the best experiences i ever had in my “traveller life”.
The room, the two pools, all the hotel’s setting and overall design was created with 100% attention to details, good taste and very high standards.
We were impressed by the way we were welcomed in the hotel with complimentary lemonade and salads and a bottle of wine.
We totally recommend this place. It is more than a hotel, it is an experience itself! Worth every penny.
We can’t wait to come back to this amazing oasis in Santorini!
