Absolutely everything. The room was unbeatable, the hotel kitchen amazing, the location perfect, but above all the staff. They really make you feel at home !!!! I have only good words for absolutely everyone but, I would like to highlight very specially Ana and Salomé for always going out of their way to help, their knowledge of restaurants and leisure places, and their permanent smile that makes you start to love Georgians as soon as you arrive. Also Nika and of course Nino for their kindness, efficiency and friendliness. It is a pleasure to stay here. I don't know who does the staff selection in this hotel but he is a genius 😉.

Hotel is modern, graciously decorated and well located in the heart of old Tbilisi. We booked the junior suite, which was spacious and cozy at the same time. Restaurant is worth a visit for the views and the food. Breakfast also very complete.

An excellent and wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. The balcony was spacious and had the most beautiful view we have ever experienced. The service was outstanding, and the staff was quick to assist guests. The surprise we found in the room was truly amazing and made my day.
All the employees were very friendly and welcoming—I sincerely appreciate each one of them, including the bellboys, whose names I don’t recall, but everyone was excellent.
A big thank you to the hotel for choosing such professional staff and maintaining great cleanliness. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. Highly recommended!

everything was perfect.
excellent service, great rooms, breakfast buffet was very good. I will definitely return next time I am in tbilisi.
staff even arranged for lunch to be made for us as we had to miss breakfast one day when we left early for a day tour.
rooftop pool and sauna is a great bonus too!
