Location was amazing . . . .right on the beach, restaurants nearby, tram and busses within 5 min walk. Our host was amazing! Would highly recommend this as a home-base for visit to Cote d'Azur. From here, we easily traveled to Eze, Villefranche, Cap-Ferat and Menton.
Beach chairs are available to enjoy sunbathing on the beach, kitchen was very well equipped. Large dining/living room, bedroom and balcony with a beautiful view.
Douceur d'Azur, a property with a garden, is set in Nice, 4.2 km from Nice-Ville Train Station, 4.8 km from Avenue Jean Medecin, as well as 6 km from MAMAC.

Clean. Within walking distance of the beach, in a safe building in a nice neighborhood. There's plenty of space for four people (3 adults and 1 child). The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional and adequate. There's a coffee maker. No air conditioning, but the fans were adequate (even though it was very hot when we were there, we had no problems). The balcony was very useful for drying towels and swimsuits. There's no on-site parking, but there are free parking spaces nearby. The owner was helpful in every way especially arranging parking. The owner's communication is excellent. Ideal for a family vacation.

Fabulous place. Amazing views, comfortable apartment. Even though it's beside a very busy road, once both windows are closed you don't hear the traffic at night. We would definitely come back.

The apartment is complete. There is everything you (+ 1) need for stay for a week or more. The proximity to the beach (only 170 m / 0.10 mile) is the highlight of the rental. There is a Boulangerie (Bakery) and a Carrefour on the corner, and a lot of supermarkets and restaurants on Av. de la Californie / Promenade des Anglais. We definitely stay here again. I just would like to suggest to the apartment administrators that you leave a parasol or sunshade or umbrella, available to guests in the summer. It would be nice
