Pierre is the consummate host! He helped arrange a wine tour for us, and then asked how we liked it. He called a cab for us when we left. The breakfasts were delightful with croissants, a fruit basket, cheeses, meats and great coffee. Location was great for walking into the old sections of Bordeaux, and very close to a tram stop. The room was very clean and well appointed, with great air conditioning. The outside terrace was a wonderful place to sip wine, and in good weather, have breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was very good, hotel looked good, we enjoyed the cocktails at the bar. The cinema room was also good fun.

It is in a very central location close to everything, shops, restaurants, sightseeings, trams, buses etc. The tram stop which goes directly to the airport at Line A is just few minutes nearby the hotel. The room we had was spacious and bigger than expected and had all facilities needed. The breakfast was great. There was also a gym with a free sauna and a free steam room in the hotelapartment. The staff was polite. Especially the receptionist called Romain was very polite and helpful and he spent a lot of time with and helped to arrange a trip at Saint Emmilion and to the nearby places. I would definetly recomend this place to anyone.

A lovely hotel. Located in the central area, 15 minutes on foot to the tourist spots in Bordeaux. Parking the car on the spot was very convenient. A clean modern hotel, a staff that provided very good service and answered every question. Excellent breakfast!!

The location is great: very close to the city center but in a quiet area, a few meters from the tram stop Meriadeck (direct line B to/from the airport). We had a king room: very nice and comfortable, with many details and equipment that made our stay really great. The check-in machine at the entrace is easy to use.

Modern. Clean. Perfectly equipped: AC, coffee machine with capsules, toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery, cutlery, dishcloth, sponge, washing up liquid, shampoo, sugar, soap, oil, salt. It's these small wonderful details that make an incredibly comfortable stay. The location is wonderful for walking to the centre. The complimentary bottle of local wine was the cherry on the cake.
