Spotless clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, toilet had bidet which was high plus point. Staff was courteous and ready to help you. Heating system of my room was not working properly and they arranged other heater for me. Breakfast was good. Roam had all the amenities which one needed. I am actually staying again in the hotel and writing this review

Loved everything! Wish I could have stayed longer. Wonderful staff, super comfortable beds, excellent amenities. Location was perfect—close to many things to see and do, and close to transportation.

Excellent communication and very clean and tidy rooms with wonderful bathroom facilities. We had a twin room with shared bathroom and it was hotel quality. Nice kitchen area too. Easy self check in at 1am and able to leave our bags in a safe room all day after check out. 3min walk from train station. Would stay again.
