This place is sensational! Perfect family holiday. Lots for the whole family. From aqua gym to foam party and bingo and free mini golf, this really is an exceptional resort. Food was also amazing with so much variety. It was hard to choose!

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this resort went above and beyond. Everyone was incredibly helpful, cheerful, efficient, and always available. The entire team was impressively professional. Special thanks to all the Peters at reception—there seemed to be quite a few, and each one was wonderful! Our room was spotless every single day, thanks to the meticulous and conscientious Ahmed. At the restaurant, the staff worked seamlessly together, always smiling and perfectly coordinated, with a special mention to the ever-alert Waleed who kept everything running smoothly. Teresa was incredibly helpful in organizing our restaurant bookings and even provided us with extra entries. A huge thank-you to Arands, who was exceptionally kind—he upgraded us to a sea-view room and arranged for a super early check-in. We arrived at 6 AM, even though check-in was only at 2 PM, and everything was handled with ease. Check-out was just as smooth, thanks to the efficient and friendly Kerolos. I’m also especially grateful to the brave and kind lifeguard, Hesham, who lent me a life jacket and mask so I could fully enjoy the breathtaking coral reef—an experience I won’t forget. This resort is perfect for families. The beach is safe for children, and the environment is welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The main restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes—there’s something for everyone. Snacks were also available by the pool and beach, which added to the convenience. We had such a great time at Club Resort, and my teenagers were genuinely sad to leave. I would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and the quality of their service, especially the receptionist Orandeau. I really enjoyed the hotel — it’s calm and peaceful, and the restaurant buffets were delicious and very varied. I especially appreciated the excursions offered by the hotel, particularly the boat trip and the diving. However, the excursion I enjoyed the least was the safari.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pickalbatros Laguna Club hotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and great amenities. One standout feature of the hotel was the receptionist, Mostafa. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. His friendly demeanor and professionalism really made a positive impact on my overall impression of the hotel. Another highlight of my stay was the animation team, particularly Alina, Yana, and Mo. They were truly amazing, organizing fun activities and entertainment for guests throughout the day. Their enthusiasm and energy were infectious, and they made sure that everyone had a great time during their stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Pickalbatros Laguna Club hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The excellent service provided by Mostafa and the fantastic animation team truly enhanced my stay and made it a memorable one.

The hotel was amazing, clean, the staff always helpful and smiling. The food and drinks are absolutely premium quality. The room had very comfy bed and was cleaned everyday. Thank you for making my holidays perfect! I will definitely come back.
