The atmosphere, architecture, decorations, paintings, comfortable bed, the lights in the room, wooden floor, garden view from the vindow, beautiful garden, helpful staff, ladies in the restaurant, breakfast with 2 choices and different everyday. activities arranged if you'd like to join, lots of common areas, purified water, etc. Great location in historic center, We felt happy and comfortable, and they care about what you need. On our first night we had a concern but following morning, they apologized nicely.

The room was spacious and very clean. There was a wide variety for breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant two nights and found the menu very varied and the prices were reasonable.

Friends hotel has a perfect location. You can see some historical icons like panecillo, feel the peacefull atmosphere, and indee make new friends. Personnel are super friendly, helful, looking out always for customers. A apwcial thank you to Lisandro, Henry, Mariano, Juanito, Yale, Jose and Juan for tremendous hospitality. Breakfast, room cleaness, reception, everything was sharp. At walking distance restaurants but recommended for hawain atmosphere Hula Hula, Bar restaurant, owner super attentive and workers too. Our meals were freshley prepared and super deliciuos. In general, our wxperience in Quito waa amazing. Please use private drivers from hotel, very special, patient, and feel very secure, prices are OK, for a peace of mind, since we compared and their were not huge difference. Space is short to express my overall joy.

It is a wonderful small boutique hotel. The area is totally safe and walking around also in the evening was fine. In my room it was completely quiet and in the night there was no sound. Best place to relax in the big city. Many restaurants around and as well bus stops very near.

Incredibly beautiful hotel, with a lot of love for the details. Looks almost like a museum (but in a good way). The ceilings are high and the room was very spacious. The staff was very helpful, super friendly and reliable. The location is unbeatable. All in all, an amazing experience, would stay again.
