Fully equipped, cleaning supplies provided, a reasonably comfortable bed. Everything was fine. The hotel's surroundings might not be the most pleasant, but it's 30 meters from a REWE store and 100 meters from an S-Bahn station.

Everything was perfect. I especially liked that there was a working hairdryer. Furthermore, there are utensils which I did not expect. The coffee which was offered is really good. The host was always available for questions. The interior of the room was amazing. It is a nice cozy place. I highly recommend it! 10/10

Location was perfect with the train right out front which takes you directly to the city centre in 10 minutes. Great local cafes and restaurants. Grocery stores also very close by. Staff were friendly and provided free drinks upon arrival. Loved that we were able to receive free drinks in exchange for our room not receiving housekeeping if we wanted to. Had everything you needed. Breakfast buffet and terrace were lovely. Stayed during the Euros and was able to enjoy watching it on the terrace.

Super clean ; very quiet ; modern and well furnished ; host is very quick to respond and friendly ; location is safe and only a few minutes walk to U-Bahn / buses, and public transport takes 15-20 minutes to the city centre - a perfect choice to us. Everything. 10min train ride to the centre. 5min train ride to Oktoberfest. Minute walk to station. Bakery and garden pub near. Very clean and tidy area. Nice coffee machine. Big spacious room with a lot of light. Staff were lively and so incredibly helpful. Thank you.
