Location is great as it’s walking distance to the main shopping district in Rudolfplatz and I can actually walk to the Cologne main station where the Cathedral is just by following the red signages. This hostel has embodied all the best practices I have seen staying in hostels all over the world, curtains for every cubicle, one light for each cubicle & a ledge to put our stuff near our beds, individual lockers, warm showers, hairdryer, towels, the entire hostel is neat, clean, warm during winter and the staff are all cheerful and helpful. My female-only dorm is supposed to be ballet-themed which adds a nice touch.

Great location - only one stop to centre but felt like I was staying in the real Köln, as there didn’t appear to be any other tourists. Accommodation was spotless and really well equipped. Guido provided lots of helpful information that made the arrival process very easy and gave great ideas for local places to try.

Didn’t have. The gentleman in the lobby who took care of cleaning the aarea etc. was awesome. He went beyond helping use to get the right transportation to the airport. Could not than him enough.

The room was cozy and clean, and really warm. The staff was very helpful and by listening to their suggestions, me and my husband were able to visit more Christmas markets and have an even better stay than we planned :-) The hotel has good transportation connection to the center and local stores to shop in nearby - Lidl, Rewe, DM. The breakfast was really good and delicious, with many choices and the staff at the restaurant was also very helpful.

This family-run hotel lies in a quiet side street, located 10 minutes from Cologne Cathedral and just 20 minutes from the Kölnmesse exhibition grounds.

Location, friendliness of staff who really went out of their way to make things easy and respond to any requests, ease of access. Very helpful place for those in town for a few days and need somewhere simple to have a base.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel . Once again we were looked after by the excellent team of Bozena and Petra who go out of their way to help make the stay enjoyable. In actual fact these ladies were a big reason why we booked again. The hotel was clean and the room a decent size for short or long stays. As we were visiting for the Christmas markets and to see a good friend the location could not be better. Great transport links close by as well . The area is very well served by some great restaurants and cafes . The new lady on reception Juanina was also very lovely and helpful . Will definitely be back again next year to enjoy the great hospitality

The location was extremely convenient on the central ring of trams in the city. It made navigating to the center extremely quick and easy. The staff were excellent, and very happy to give local recommendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would go out of my way to book with this hotel again.

I liked the location of the Hostel. Tram and train stops were nearby. You could buy your own breakfast from the shop next door.
