Apto Morabeza T2 Praia is an excellent apartment in a very pleasant area of the city (Palmarejo). Ricardo and Sandra are very hospitable, they provided me with a small tour of the area (shops, restaurants, access to public transport) and information on the city etc. I stayed in the apartment by myself but it is set up to fit 4 people comfortably. It was new, very clean, well kept and very comfortable. And last but not least, the shower has wonderful hot water. I was so surprised that the hosts offered me a lift to Cidade Velha (14 km away) when they had to be there for a family function on my day of arrival. It saved me lots of time, especially as Ricardo and his family showed me around the harder to reach sights (fort high above the town) and offered historical context to fort, ruins, church etc. but most of all, I enjoyed their hospitality. Will come back here for sure, if I happen to travel to Praia again.

This apartment was new and excellent. Wifi worked well. Good water pressure and hot water for a short shower. Bedrooms are large and have AC. The host was very responsive and fixed the small issues we had, shorty after we contacted him. Would not hesitate to book again.

The owner of the apartment was super friendly and helpful. There was a ride from the airport and a ride on our way out. The facilities are as seen in the pictures. I would definitely recommend it!! There is a nice restaurant close by and the supermarket is accessible by foot. We had a great time!

Staying at the Spacious Penthouse with BBQ and Views was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views from the terrace—truly the best spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The apartment itself is modern, stylish, and incredibly spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The BBQ on the private terrace was a fantastic touch—we had an amazing dinner while watching the sunset over the city. The location is also perfect! Close to everything—restaurants, shops, and the beach—yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
