I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend and our friend. The host was amazing from the minute we arrived. He helped us plan our routes for the avatar mountains. Everyday they gave us different fruit and teas to try. They looked after all our laundry free of charge and wouldn't take a tip! 10000/10 customer care! Honestly the nicest people. I would definitely go back ☺️

Jenny was extremely helpful in giving suggestions about the Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie area. Helped is purchase the tickets which were very easy to retrieve from the ticket office. She also helped us with getting to Wulingyuan via bus instead of taxi. It was easy to communicate with her and the room was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and internet fast.

The staff Terry was really very nice and friendly and extremely helpful. He basically helped to brief us of how to go and what he feels is the best method to travel/way to go to and fro the attractions, and how to navigate the attractions. It is an amazing hotel, with free shuttle bus which can pick up and drop off at Tianmen Mount, railway station as well as local airport. The breakfast offers a variety of choices, some of which were quite international. A big swimming pool is free of charge for all guests. The staff communicated with me in English, which is awesome for overseas travellers. Honestly, I had a better experience than in other Hilton hotels previously. Highly recommended!
