The atmosphere is good and calm, Ming his service is exceptional and always ready to help. He helped us to book the tickets to the mountains and tianmen and is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and his English is good which is rare to find in China. Would definitely come back and visit and stay in this guesthouse.

Amazing hotel complex right at the foot of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park featuring a spectacular pool with full-scale views of the nearby mountains. Cosy rooms, each one featuring a unique design. Private bathroom on the terrace featuring a great view from the bath tub, modern showers and a traditional private wood-fired oven. High quality mattress, all ammenities in the bathroom. But what REALLY made this stay unique is the care and attention provided by the staff, especially Linda from the reception. She's not only there to arrange pickup and airport transfer at a reasonable price, she plans each and every day of your stay individually based on your personal preferences to make the very best out of your time in this lovely place. A custom itiniery for each day, pre-booking of all necessary tickets, arrangement of transfers of private cars for longer trips, optimized solutions for luggage logistics to save time, even pre-written notes in Chinese to show to park employees to ensure smooth admission - everything is taken care of in a most experienced, professional, yet warm-hearted way. The guy at the desk is simply unbelievable. He went beyond what you we expect. Though he dod not speak english at all ,he used his translator device and sat down with us to help us get the tickets,plan oue trip to the national park and other requests. He made our sray and visit to the park a lot easier. Facilities were good. Breakfast better than other hotels that we stayed in.

Everything was lovely, the rooms were clean and big and really warm (we visited in winter), the location of the place is super convenient and they offered a free shuttle to the entrance of the park & to the bus station, the breakfast was delicious, as well as the dinner, and Rebecca was incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful! They also offer tickets and tours to the attractions in the area!

We loved this homestay: as we stayed 3 nights, we were upgraded and we got the chance to stay in the best room (spacious, calm and comfortable). The breakfast and the dinner were plentiful and very tasty (our host Mary is a great cook). The location is just perfect if you want to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park with Hallelujah Avatar Mountains (300m from the entrance).. Besides, our host speaks english and knows perfectly the Park.. not only she helped us to prepare our visit (tickets, maps and route), but she also helped us when we were lost.. Overall, we felt at home.. Mary, her little puppy and our driver made our stay unforgettable..

Very friendly hosts who helped us organise all activities. Great location with a market outside every evening and walking distance from the main park entrance. Would definitely recommend this place for people visiting Zhangjiajie National Park.
