Everything, really. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff. EVERYTHING! The convenient location was our base for exploring the old streets filled with shops, stalls, restaurants, cafes, historical buildings, as well as new shopping malls across the main road. The friendly front counter lady gave suggestions on places to eat. We tried them and they were all great. The room was clean and comfortable. There’s ceiling heater to keep the shower area warm during winter.

Amazing staff 11/10!! We used Kunming as a travelling hub to go to Laos by train. The Visa upon entry must be paid in dollars, that we did not have. Exchanging currency by foreigners turned out to be very difficult. Two women from the lobby staff went with us to multiple banks and got us the dollar bills. She even had to go home to get her ID and fill out many forms. We had to leave really early the next day and they even arranged to go boxes for us that we could fill with the breakfast that was already prepared. Amazing hospitality! Moreover, great facilities. Large, clean, beautiful and very well equipted rooms. Laundry room is great. Gym is small but functional. It was raining when we were there, but the pool looks great! Location close to train station (train to Laos leaves at the south station though, this took half an hour by didi in the morning for 50 RMB) so great! Insane value for money. Would recommend this to everyone visiting Kunming.

The hotel is modern, very clean, and the rooms are very well-sized. The reception is staffed by young people who really helped me communicate through Google Translate. This actually worked very well and also helped me get information about the city and book a tour to Shilin Stone Forest. I really liked the hotel.

Good location. The train station is just beside the hotel. 2 stops away from Wuyi Station. Shopping is just nearby. Clean and well- maintained. Staff are very helpful and speaks good English.

It was my 2nd stay during this trip because i had to head back to Kunming. We liked the hotel and location so we decided to choose it again. The staff was exceptionally helpful in retrieving my taobao packages and delivering them to my room. Truly appreciated that as i was still making my way back from Guizhou. They are very responsive if you need to commincate with them. Room was big and spacious. Super comfortable and clean! Located right next to wanda mall, which had loads of food offerings. The hotel breakfast and dinner options were delightful too.
