Loved the Hutong (traditional housing) architecture and how it was close to a train station. Definitely a bit hard to find at first but worth it. The staff are very helpful and friendly offering recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions and even helped us with getting a taxi to the airport.

The Staff!! So helpful and kind. I don’t speak Chinese so all communication was done through a translator, and the device they have on reception is far better than google translate!
Their patience in talking to me like this was great and made the check in so comfortable.
The room was comfy, quiet and dark everything i needed after a night flight. Soft drinks and water are complementary along with tea and coffee which when asked the maid didn’t hessite to assist in my caffeine needs and supply me with more coffee😊 the local metro station is an 8/10 minute walk and it is on line 2 which is very convenient to get to the attractions.
When i checked out early (no fault of the hotel, just a change to my plans). Again the staff were so helpful in assisting me and they straight away gave me a refund for the 2 nights, which was unexpected, but much appreciated!!!
I will happily stay here again next time

Staff is great, special thanks to Sunny and the lovely ladies who work in the kitchen. Room is really spacious, comfortable with a good bathroom. Good breakfast. Close to the Temple of Heaven. Plenty of restaurants, stores, banks in the neighbourhood.

1.4 meter swimming pool for adults.
Hot steam room for sweating.
Gym size enough for traveller, I think.
There is table tennis room too.
If you cross road, there is cheap and yummy Chinese store for lunch and dinner. Around 25 yuan each person
109 bus could take us Walmart to the south direction and rear entrance of forbidden city=shenwumen to the north direction. 2yuan each person. Usually under 130cm(?) kids is free fee on bus, subway, airport express train.
I felt so good with my families in this hotel for self-tourism

The concierge was so helpful especially Aron who went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. All the bar lobby staff especially Cathy were so welcoming and helpful. The environment was beautiful and the spa and pool facilities were amazing. Check out was a breeze.
