Esther was extremely friendly and kind. Although the house is not in the center, it is close to public transportation and there is free parking in front. The house overlooking Lake Zurich was very clean and comfortable.

The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

Hilal at the reception was very friendly and super helpful! She always greets you with a smile that can brighten up your day. We booked a comfortable room with a lake view and the room was clean, spacious and the lake view was amazing.

I really liked this hotel! Especially its style! Very friendly, well-mannered and polite staff❤️❤️❤️ Delicious breakfasts, large selection.Very warm blankets. The room had everything you needed. The location of the hotel is very convenient if public transport is needed. I would be happy to go back there again.
