Everything. Really clean and the room really spacious. Bed was comfortable and there was a nice kitchen, washing machines and all things needed. Markus was really nice and offered us coffee in the morning.

Simple rooms is a great place to stay, offering a great value-for-money ratio. Markus, the owner of the place, is an extremely warm and welcoming person. He makes sure the accommodation is spotlessly clean and comfy, where everyone feels at home. The building is newly renovated and offers new furniture and excellent bathroom facilities. There are also 2 kitchens with cooking facilities and a coffee vending machine. We highly recommend this place.
