It was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed, amazing view, spacious room for the 4 of us, comfort bed, nice bathroom design, we had a nice walk in the morning, fresh air. Definitely we will get back here!

The host was excellent, very nice, and clear. The hotel offers a very nice view of the mountains and the lake, plus it is slightly outside the city centre, therefore very calm and quiet. Despite being a bit outside, the city centre is very easy to access since the hotel offers free bus tickets (and the bus station is just downstairs) and free WiFi in the old town. For us, this combination was just perfect! The breakfast was also very good, fresh, and diverse.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms.

Our overall experience with the property was very pleasant. Location was very good as the bus stop was right next to it. The property was really clean and hygenic. It had beautiful and huge lawn which had pet animals.

The balcony view is just unmatched. The ambient roof lighting was impeccable and made the room more aesthetic. The jacuzzi again steals away all the limelight despite having a spa within the room. Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms with view onto the lake.
