Hosts were super friendly, really fast response, check-in was very quick. The place is very well decorated, the bed is comfortable, it has a blowdryer, toiletries, a good SmartTV and decently equipped kitchen. They even asked me if I wanted bottle opener after I checked-in, very nice. The code to the door really helped check-in. I would stay again.

Fasano has been my favourite hotel brand in Brasil for years. The new hotel in Itaim brings the same unique Brazilian design and vibe to the neighbourhood of Itaim. The team is amazing, including the concierge (especially Denis) for providing a professional and personalised service that I have not experienced elsewhere. Loved it (and can’t wait to be back!).

I stayed at the room 104, and was easily one of the best rooms in São Paulo that I had the opportunity to stay. There was nothing more than ordinary, but everything they proposed to do, they had done masterfully. Great bathroom, shower, bed and everything.
