I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. The rooms were large, and the shower was fully enclosed, so no water was leaking out. The washroom also had a bidet situation which was nice. The staff was lovely. They were super helpful with restaurant recommendations, how to get around, and how to stay safe. They have good security at night. Great location, there was a small pharmacy and quite a few spots to eat nearby. Its also nearby the japanese area. The pool was also nice, overall an amazing stay, and would absolutely come again.

Great hotel, where's everything surprisingly works! It's clean, the bed in great, mini kitchen has all facilities and there's even small grocery inside the hotel. The guard is amazing and super helpful, he just pay attention to everything outside to make sure you are safe, helps with luggage. All stuff is great and friendly.
