The hotel is cosy and is a good gateway if you seek relaxation. We stayed two nights, everything was perfect, special thank you to Kahina, Asma, Mena and Youssef, everyone one was professionnel anf knew what they are doing . Poeple working in the pool area were very helpfull and madevour stay very delightful. hotel manager was very professionnel and works hand to hand with his staff , excellent and thank you.

The staff at the accommodation were extremely professional and amicable. We would like to express our gratitude to Ms. Yolanda. She ensured that our flat was prepared upon our arrival and pleasantly surprised us with an upgrade. The flat itself is roomy and cozy. The price-quality rate is brilliant. The rooms are very spacious, full of natural light due to low window sill, and very clean. The staff is very polite and attentive. We had some trouble with bank card payment, and they not only offered us free drinks (twice!), but patiently waited for more than 3 hours till we could resolve the issue without any further questions. And keep in mind that the breakfasts on the menu, even though are supposed to be for just one person, are more than enough for two (and are very delicious).
