the property is fantastic. i was late to reply my messages but staff knew exactly what i requested for. 2 single bed on each room and got it on standby on my arrival incase i needed them. the staff were super friendly upon my check in, and also upon my check out i had some issues with my left over things, the receptionist also did more than just helping me retrieve it back. cause her bit of inconveniences but she helped. we were very grateful.
the location is superb! bus station just 2 mins away.
the bed is the comfiest bed i slept on. the aircon was good. all the amenties in the kitchen is provided ! each room is equipped with large TV. Wifi is GOOD. the bathroom is clean and even provides a nice body wash lemongrass smell which is so relaxing. the lift was good as well.
Everything is perfect and i enjoyed my stay very much.
they even provide dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and detergent. Everything i need is there
we also walked all the way to Queens Victoria Market.

We just had a relaxing evening chilling out in the room. It was a great room layout. We walked to a cafe for dinner which was close by. The wife love the bath tub to relax in. It was just an enjoyable get away for our 24th wedding anniversary. Thank you guys for the wonderful.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. I arrived in Australia after a 29 hours flight and having lost my suitcase. The people at the reception checked me in upon my arrival (9am) and offered me breakfast.
Comfortable room, impeccable cleaning, good breakfast options, nice food and cocktails at the bar. But the people of the hotel made my stay unforgettable, always ready to help with the smile:)
