The apartment is in a new building, very clean and having all the necessary things. It is in a quiet area and you can park the car in the garage. It has a cost but it is much safer than parking on the street. The host, Mr Bennett, is a very friendly person, helping with all the information you need.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Vienna! It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for daily living — including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and a coffee maker. The apartment had a cozy atmosphere and made us feel at home. The location was very convenient, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The host was kind and responsive, and communication was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Highly recommended!

walking distance from Belvedere, otherwise tram 71 stops right outside the door and is extremely regular and convenient to get around. The home is extremely cozy, with a courtyard, calm and quiet. We felt as if we had lived in it all our lives. Martin is very responsive and welcoming and even though our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2am, he was waiting at the door to welcome us.

Apartment is as described on the site. Host is super friendly and helpful. Smart TV with internet on site helps a lot with handling a lot of children if need be. All the needed amenities are available. Surprised by getting a free garage parking spot by our host. U bahn is 5min of leisurely walk away, with supermarkets/bakeries/pubs/fast food joints sprinkled in a 5min walking radious.

The apartment is very big, comfortable, clean, full of utilities, very nice and cozy. Probably the best apartment for price I have ever been to. Owner was really nice and welcoming as well. Definitely would reccomend.

Handy just down from the u3 and s7 we were football fans so no more than 20 euro in a taxi home after the match from the city center , staff where brilliant aswell I forgot my light and they gave me one free of charge

Hôtel was spotless. Staff were really helpful with a late booking. Bedrooms are a good size, beds were comfortable and good bathroom. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy, clean apartment, where you can find anything you need. Good location, just in front of the U-Bahn (metro) station. Lidl downstairs, Billa, dm, other shops, bakeries, kebab shops, etc. nearby. 5 min to S-Bahn station, where S7 (going from the airport) stops. All kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellently functioning. Comfy beds, quiet area. All instructions for check-in were sent in advance. Highly recommended.
