All was excelent, indeed hotel is well managed, quality fittings and good design. Despite Ring position it ise very quite inside which we found amazing. Only problem was invoice as administrator did not send invoice to us for a week long period....multiple calls were needed. This is minor remark. We would recommend this hotel and we will definitely repeat our visit. Good work!

We have been clients of this wonderful hotel for over 15 years. The quality and service are excellent and consistent. We recommend. Excellent location, the center of Vienna - close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. At the same time, there is silence in the rooms and excellent sound insulation inside the hotel. Excellent reception and room service. High quality air blankets and pillows. Availability of a business room for meetings and ZOOM conferences. Excellent, varied and elegant breakfast (high class dishes set). A hotel in the spirit of old imperial Vienna. Tradition and quality at the level of Kaiserin Elisabeth.
During the Christmas period, the hotel serves hot wine and biscuits throughout the day in the hotel lobby, which is very nice and creates an atmosphere of a fabulous holiday.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel, and I’m absolutely thrilled! My room was on the 12th floor with a stunning view of the city’s landmarks—such a perfect way to set the mood for a great trip.
Breakfasts here are just fantastic! I especially loved the cheese and tomato omelet, and the apple strudel was simply out of this world—soft, flavorful, and with the perfect crispy crust. The staff is super friendly and always smiling, and the service is top-notch. And the best part? The hotel surprised me with a little birthday greeting! It was so unexpected and incredibly sweet. Huge thanks to the entire team!
I only have the best memories from this stay. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves comfort, great service, and attention to detail!
