A fantastic family pension, clean and lighty, located in the green and quiet part of the city, 15 minutes away from the Eggenberg Palace (by foot) and 25-30 minutes from the city center (by tram). People were extremly helpful, the food was fresh and tasty. When we arrived, it was snow flakes were floating everywhere, on the steet, over the houses around and it was a fairy tale atmosphere! The only thing I regret about our stay is the fact that it wasn't longer!

the place was very good. i only didn’t like there were no coffee capsules for the coffee machine, there were ants in the kitchen/living room and it was not so clean in the kitchen. nevertheless i would recommend to stay here and would return to this huge apartment with two balconies and amazing views over the mountains.

This was the best stay of our entire trip! 🌟 The cleanliness was outstanding — the room was spacious and absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed, thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable night. The breakfast was fantastic, fresh and delicious. The location is perfect, especially if you’re traveling to the sea in Croatia or Montenegro — easy access and super convenient. And the sweetest touch — our son found a toy waiting for him in the bed. That surprise made him so happy! 💙 It’s those little things that make a place truly special.
