It was the coldest night ever but Debbie made sure we had extra covers and even a hot water bottle each. So many lovely little extras and true personal attention to make sure we had the best stay ever.

The room is very confortable, well decorated and has everything you need. The rest of the property with the gardens are a great environment to be in. The hosts were very friendly and prepared a savory breakfast. Everything was perfect! We do highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a small hotel and Conrad and Franklin and the entire staff team take every measure to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. The hotel is beautiful and is walkable to so many shops and restaurants. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are beautiful and huge! They do an amazing turn down service night as well. It really feels like they are taking care of you personally. You almost forget there are other guests at the hotel. I have stayed at lots of lovely hotels over the years but this one steals the show!
