Excellent location, staff and breakfast. Everything looks like on the photos, thing that cannot be said about many Vietnamese hotels. We stayed there twice since we liked It so much.

La atención del personal siempre fue muy atenta, me ayudaron y asistieron mucho a mi llegada, en su momento estuve teniendo complicaciones para reservar un tour para Halong bay, y ahí mismo ne apoyaron para reservarme una a última hora, el menú del desayuno estuvo muy completo.

Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Hanoi Pearl Hotel is conveniently a minute’s walk to the renowned Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved our suite with a balcony. The rooftop bar was also nice. The hotel is located on a narrow street which is very charming and close to everything!
