Independant hotel, family owned and customer service oriented, it’s a gem we found 2 years ago and were glad to come back. Clean, fresh, wonderful class and character. Perfect decor, wallpaper, furnishings, artwork. The 2pm cake of the day is a treat which we hovered around like hungry vultures. Victor on reception is a charming and entertaining host and we hope he’s still there next time, great sense of humour. Great home away from home, see you next time folks.

This hotel is set in a charming, renovated 1920s postal building, 50 metres from Gothenburg Central Station. It offers 2 in-house restaurants and a rooftop pool with terrace. Gym access is free for guests. Liseberg Amusement Park is 1.5 km away. Absolutely central besides the train station, our room was big, they had the best gym (even with a power plate!) and it was the best breakfast we had on our entire Sweden trip with quite a few vegan options! And the bar in front of the hotel with the view over the square was also a gem.
