Next to a grocery store and bus station. • Breakfast was best:) There are so many types of food and they taste amazing! • Spa was nice! • Check out is until 12 so I could rest before leaving

Central location, great breakfast, had double room with windows which was spacious. We booked the spa for the two hours seasons experience which was good.

The location was very convenient. Everything was easily accessible by walking - shopping, restaurants, bus and train stations. The breakfast was exceptional. The hours were reasonable, the selection was great, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel was great. It was an older building, but obviously had been completely updated, so it had a lot of character but was very comfortable. The eating area was in a large glass covered courtyard that really added to the experience.

Situated on Prästgatan pedestrian street in central Östersund, Hotel Emma offers free WiFi and individually decorated rooms with TV and a private bathroom with shower. The breakfast was incredible and the staff very nice. We had a beautiful, cosy and spacious room.

Stayed at the cabins in three different occasions in the same week, arrived after the reception was closed. Very smooth check-in process, the key was easy to find and the cabin was perfect, clean, quiet environment and it had everything I needed for cooking.
