El Atlantida Mar es un hotel moderno con habitaciones de diseño con vistas panorámicas. La experiencia fue muy buena y el hotel superó mis expectativas. La habitación tenía unas vistas espectaculares y estaba muy bien aislada acústicamente, lo cual se agradece para descansar bien. El desayuno más que decente. El personal muy amable y atento.

El Santa Bárbara Eco-Beach Resort se encuentra en Ribeira Grande, en la costa norte de la isla de San Miguel. Oh, I am in love with this place: the room, surrounding area, service, food - all were perfect. We stayed in the room with the pool. It was cold to swim, obviously, but nice to look at. The view on the ocean and mountains is breathtaking. Sunrise paints your room in different colors, tiny birds play and sing on the grass in front of the house every morning. Perfect. And they prepared special tea ritual every evening for us.

Este hotel, situado en el corazón de Ponta Delgada, tiene una terraza en la azotea con vistas panorámicas al océano Atlántico, las montañas y la ciudad. El puerto deportivo se encuentra a 500 metros. Habitaciones grandes, con cama grande y cómoda y muy buen desayuno. Con parking. Además las recepcionistas nos dieron un plan de 3 días para ver la isla muy bueno y útil.

El MS Vila Nova está situado en el centro de Ponta Delgada, a 1 km del Convento da Esperança. El hotel tiene piscina al aire libre. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! It's quite small and has a cosy feel about it. The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was absolutely delicious - 10 euros for an all you can eat extravaganza with all the trimmings. I also liked that they provided allergy information with the breads (I have a nut allergy). It's a short ride from the airport (the taxi cost us 12 euros) and has an outdoor swimming pool and a nice shared lounge area.

El Pico do Refúgio - Casas de Campo combina un entorno natural con historia, arte y vistas al mar. We had an incredible stay at Pico do Refúgio, enjoying the unique experience of being the only guests for the week in this charming former tea factory. The location, atmosphere, fireplace, and cozy interior truly made our trip special. It was such a pleasure to return after a busy day to a place that felt like home. Ana was a fantastic host, and the service was exceptional. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, and after a couple of delayed flights, we were warmly welcomed with appetizers upon arrival. We especially appreciated the privacy and peacefulness of the place, as well as the stunning surroundings, including Santa Bárbara Beach and Lagoa do Fogo. Simply amazing!
